OK, this seems like a troll. If not, you really need to take a step back and look at this logically. Burgh's strongest pokemon is a leavanny. Leavanny is Bug/Grass. It has razor leaf. It is lvl 25. Of course it will wipe out a water type. And a dark type. Are you joking? Dark is WEAK to bug. Which means that it would have been decimated. YOu have limited access to route 4, which means that you can find a darumaka, which will tear Burgh's team apart limb from limb, and then set the lot on fire. But seriously, you could have picked almost any other type in the game (other than dragon) by now, and you pick two of the types that Burgh laughs at. I mean, these are bug pokemon! They can barely fight! How one loses to Burgh is beyond me. The only time a bug should ever beat you is if it is Volcarona, Scizor, or Heracross. If you can't take Burgh, I'd love to see you fight Clay, Skyla and Drayden

Adamant allows it the best all-around stats, but is typically hardest to find. Lax is your 2nd best choice, as it improves Defense, which is already its best stat.TyndallEffect
But Bisharp doesn't need more defence. It just needs the atk, hence, stick to Adamant. Alternatively you could go for Brave, sacrificing speed to get that attack boost, because lets face it, Bisharp's not gonna win too many races anyway, and Bisharp's defence allows it to take a hit or two, as long as it can hit hard enough to get a couple of KOs. PS: Bisharp only has base 100 defence, compared to base 120 attack. So yeah, defence isn't its best stat

I'd recommend just playing Black 2 with Oshawott. That way, when you get White 2, you can just pick your favorite starter of the lot and build your team around that. So yeah, starting with Oshawott frees you up to play with whatever starter you want down the track. Go Oshawott

Sheer Force isn't its hidden ability or anything. To get a Sheer Force Braviary, just catch/ hatch enough pokemon until you get one. You don't really have to do anything special to get it. Is this for in-game? Because if so, the ability is irrelevant. If you want it for competitive play: 1. There are several better flying/normal types, e.g. Staraptor 2. Defiant would be a better ability for competitive (IMO)
