Hey,thanks for the reply, When i turn it on,there is no smiley face,but i am most def connected to the internet,i can fully use the web browser and when i use the network settings test it shows that the ip address and the internet connection work,just i doesnt connect to PSN. =\
*sigh* I got my toaster on monday this week,set up internet fine.Played LBP and GTA fine,made my account and added friends.Woke up next day.I cant connect to the PSN!still can get on the net.when i try and sign in i get the error code 8001050F.It bugs me,But i leave it and hope its an update of something.But,still it doesnt go.So i phone sony,they give me numbers to open ports and tell me to phone my ISP and make them open them up.i phone them,they say they cant.I phone sony who say they can,and that there just being lazy,so i phone sky(my ISP) and some scottish bloke says that he can,but wont cos its 3rd party hardware/software. I find some site about opening ports and gives me the numbers,i do that no luck.I set my settings manually and auto.NO luck.I un-plug and re-plug.Iv wiper my system over 4 times!Iv tried plugging an Ethernet cable in my modem and it gives of the same result.Internet but no PSN. I have a sagem wireless modem/router,havnt heard much on them. Can anyone help?Is it my router/modem thing or the ps3? my ps3 still has warrenty...should it go back? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! thank you for all efforts!And If someone manges to fix it you shall be amazing for life! thanks.
