Okay, I bought this laptop yesterday.

And i installed company of heroes, TF2 and crysis, the problem is, company of heroes works fine in directx9, but directx 10 makes the colors weird and crysis crashes randomly while i'm playing in directx 10 (haven't tried DX9, too afraid). So i think the problem is directx 10, because i can play CoH fine in DX9 and Team fortress 2 plays perfectly and is only for DX9.

So can anyone tell me what's wrong? both crysis and CoH have their latest patches, and i've downloaded the most recent directx 10 update, and my graphics card driver is up to date.

And yeah, i'm a big PC noob, so please try to tolerate my stupidity if the problem is incredibly easy to fix.

thsi happened to me before, it took like 15 min to figure out wat was rong. all i had to do was plug it in so check that.phsknights08

Anyway, since you said that the power brick does turn on I can only think of two reasons, either the part were the cable plugs to the 360 is damaged, or the cable itself is damaged.

Ok right now, my laptop says that my connection speed (wireless) is of 54 mbps, and my average download speed is of 100kbps. Now that's a bit slow for a 54 mbps connection, because I searched the forums and you get 300 kbps on the same connection speed!

Why is that? I mean, I'm only one room away from my wireless router, and nobody else is using the connection:(

I have no idea, but why would you want to do that anyway?

I'm not interested in graphics for two reasons:

1. The game's obviously going to be awesome, regardless of the graphics
2. It's HALO 3 MAN!!!!!
