Ok here's the thing. I remembera game and I really want to play it only, I don't remember what it was called. I thought it was Civilization II: Fantastic Worlds but I don't think it is. (I know that is a game, I just don't think its the one i'm thinking of).
All I can tell you about this game really is that its similar to Civ, except you could like build cities in the clouds and in space and even in the underworld. Please help me does anyone have any idea what this game is, I would be extremely grateful!
