Everybody seems to be taking the topic title way too seriously. Did you even watch the video? If you did, you would see at the end what I meant by the centre of the Universe statement. Don't look at it from the aspect of being the most important person in the Universe, because that's not what it means in this context.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that there are two other large stars in between Mu Cephei and VY Canis Majoris, those being VV Cephei A and WOH G64. I can say why those would've been left out like some other stars, though, as it would be redundant to include them all. I also wonder why the creator of this video decided to omit Uranus. And, I know it's no longer considered to be a planet, but it would've been nice to see, say, Pluto in comparison to Majoris, lol.

In the end, this really makes me think of the scale of the Universe. These stars are only in the Milky Way, and then there are countless other galaxies in the Universe, and then the possiblity of multiple Universes. Mind-boggling to me!

Well, when the video says "you're not the centre of the Universe!", I believe it's implying that, no matter how important you think you are, you are still a very little part in the grand scheme of the Universe. Granted, a galaxy is significantly smaller than the Universe, but it is still immensely huge, and, therefore, I find that the same thing still applies.
