I do the same. its impossible to go to the gym everyday when you are lazy.I typically just do a full body workout for 40 min 3 days a week with 20 mincardio and that keeps me in great shape. I don't have time to go to the gym everyday and train a different muscle group. It depends on what you want to do buttrain at least 2 body parts a workout
