I think it's more about overall appeal than just graphics when it comes to comparing the two. I personally think the PS3 is a better system because I got a Blue-ray player out of it and I watch a lot of movies. So unless you just want gaming and the occasional movie in 480p (or 1080p if you bought the external HD player that is of course becoming obsolete and brings the price of both system's roughly the same ) then the 360 is for you. It has nothing to do with being a fanboy or being controlled by an evil corporation it's just your personal preference and some people need to get over it.

I'll buy one but so help me if it starts f-ing up like the 3 xbox 360's I've had I'm going back to my original NES that still works to this day.
