Football Manager have more information than FIFA Manager. For example, If you want to manage a team from Argentina (My country) the football manager knows a lot about football teams in argentina but fifa manager it's wrong. The teams that there in FIFA 12 are good in FIFA Manager but teams that not in fifa don't know anything. I recommend Football Manager just like you I played all championship and football manager and I played FIFA Manager 09 and 12 and I prefer Football Manager.
In FIFA you play football matches with a controller or with a keyboard and you control the players. In manager you direct the team from the bench you deal with transfers news training and other stuff I recommend football manager is way better than FIFA manager
