I recently rebuilt my computer a few weeks ago and dealt with this issue. For your games to recognize DLC, you have to have GFWL installed. Once that is completed, log in your account while the game is loaded up. It'll ask for the game's CD key. After that, it should allocate saves and DLC. If it still doesn't see DLC, you'll need to load up with Windows Live Market Place. It should be on your computer. Sign in and you should be able to download the DLC from there.

More importantly, make sure it's the correct account.

LIVE is running in game, but where do I enter the access key? It hasn't prompted me for it.

[QUOTE="James00715"]

You should be able to redownload it through the Windows Live client. You just login and there is a section for Downloads or Purchase History. I don't remember the name. It might also be available if you login to xbox.com, but I think that still requires the Windows Live client. The website just open the client and starts it downloading for you.

I should've stated this in the original message, but it says I haven't bought anything for PC in my purchase history. I have changed credit cards a few times but I bought one or two of them with a prepaid points card.

I have also changed my signin email.

I had 3 DLC's for my Fallout 3. My computer crashed so I lost everything. Since then, I've changed my windows email, but always used the same account. I cannot find a way to restore my DLC's. Can someone please tell me how? It's very frustrating. :evil:

Help! I've registered my Xbox name to my GunClub account, I even HAVE the badge required to get the pistol, yet I do not have it. Am I supposed to have a code? Am I doing something wrong? Please help!
