I'd have to say my all time favorite is the Rugrats, I've watched just about every single season of the original Rugrats, plus every single episode of all the spin-off shows. And also the movies :P
My runner-up would be Kablam! I liked the variety of animated shorts it had.

wow i forgot about those, i was born in '93 so those were the shows i grew up watching also hey arnold, dragon ball Z lol, kennan and kale (the show with coolio in it), batman (the square head character series lol), batman beyond, doug, tales from the crypt, dexter's laboratory, basically all the nickolodeon and cartoon network shows on at the time. oh yeah kenan and kel was excellent, better than that crappy drake and josh.
