those 'weird lines on the ps3 version of dead space' are not correct at all. I've the game, and I looks waaaaay better then these screenshots, and way brighter. Gamespot: optimise your settings and don't give us crappy screenshots like the last one of dead space, especially when doing screenshot comparrisons.

oh please, many of those games are measured soooo wrong, it's ridiculous. Tekken takes about a minute??? no no no, 20 seconds bij most, even shorter I think. The ported games are the ones that are trouble. Nothing is being optimised good. Take games like metal gear acid1&2, syphon filter, wipeout. These games were made for THIS system and that's why loading times are way better. I would say, dump the ported games, really, especially coming from EA, ubisoft... and make original games for the PSP, thinking it's only FOR the psp, and then good games will come to us.
