sorry guys but anyone that backed this game just got scammed. This game will result in new laws in the US, so it doesn't happen again. I just wish I could be the attorney that files the FIRST class actions suit against these guys. Once again, it will be the lawyers that make all the money on this deal. Just one more yacht to waterski behind. Kickstarter should be held just as responsible for the fleecing of people's bank accounts as the developers of this game: because of all the promotion they did to draw the backers in. Dont forget that Kickstarter made a hefty sum on this game back in 2012. Props to DEREK SMART for shining the light on this den of vipers!
