Lol funny thing is I went to school for programming so I could be game designer, but decided that I would rather have a social job so switched to a major in math. And I beg to differ I imagine all hardcore gamers think they could come up with better ideas then game developers.
However I would never want to make a game, because I think that would take all the fun out of playing it. I'm fine with making LBP levels.
I think it's funny how this thread just keeps going. I'm just responding because I think you all should know that I am reading your messages and although some are as ignorant as some of my prior messages in this thread I appreciate your feedback.
I am a final fantasy fanboy and I would still encourage people to buy GOW 3 special edition because that's the coolest bonus ever. And it looks like a pretty big chest, Would definately put my game stack in thur.
As for Uncharted 2, preordered it because I missed the first. Beat it on Normal, then Hard, then got stuck at the final boss on crushing and eventually traded it in for Dragon Age. Not because i didn't like it, but because I prefer to kill monsters in shooters rather then humans (like resistance, doom etc.) Also I'm not much of a multiplayer gamer in shooters (I liked UT back in the day for PCbut that's my experience), so not as much replay for me.
I just called Dragon Age my favourite game! It's like offline WoW... Which is right up my alley! (It's just wierd don't ask me to elaborate, I think I just wish I had the PC version...)
Off topic since I mention AVP (I'm watchin a making of alien film, and the creators are talking about how aliens is all about interspecies rape!, I mean i know it should've but why has this never croseed my mind???)
Hello sir, I also have the same problem... I Actually find that the text is unreadable if using the RCAs and only readable with an HDMI cable (I'm not sure if that's only because of my tv) But yes my only suggestion is get HDMI cables if you can/don't have them. Sometimes I still like to sit a little closer...
Once again I apologize that my needless ranting may have offended anyone. But I was trying to start a serious discussion, OBVIOUSLY in the wrong manor.
You're right I own Resident Evil, in fact I own a couple. I own the first god of war and the original devil may cry. My favorite games right now are maybe tied between Dragon Age and Bioshock (mmm LBP), and I'll probably rent GOW 3 just because devs like that put the time into makng it. It will make me happy and it will make me sad (as all sequals seem to do). And I can see that some people love senseless games (Me = AVP i f'in love it, Dragon Age is fairly terrible too yet strangely addictive). I can see why yo like GOW I hope you can see what I don't. next time I willn't share cons unless its appropriate.
So all I have left to say I wish Final Fantasy came with a sweet-a** treasure chest... :(
No offense but I actually don't know anyone who plays god of war and go ahead call us all idiots i don't care. I'm simply saying it's pretty overated when you break it down. It's got a lot of gore, which is great for those who like it (but its not very sharp in its gore, most of it looks corny) and are you seriously telling my you like quick time events? They make your gaming experience better? Don't answer that, totally retorhical. I'm not saying it's a bad game, just a bad concept which is soooo popular that its becoming a theme in A LOT of games, and taking away from what they are really about! Sure keep your button pressing movies GOW but keep them out of poor inocent RESIDENT EVIL!
