Although some titles have gain popularity over the year, it's a nice list that recommend some great games. Keep it up with works like this. Also, consider adding Shadow Gambit as a bonus
Now that gap between 2001 and 2008 was an interesting insight, titles like Half Life 2, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Company of Heroes, or The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion weren't "must-plays" regardless genre, developer, settings, or systems at that time.
Thanks for the article, it certainly helps to support the concept that review scores are a thing of the past. And for anyone in the doubt go check Frost's Cold Take on "Why Are We Still Using Review Scores?"
Wow, GS necro'ing their own last year's articles never gets "old" uh. As some fellow readers pointed out, AT LEAST update the list before changing the date.

Antichamber finally lead me to avoid any spoilers or walkthroughs from GameFaqs, I played it and if I ever got stuck, I went to bed and started over the following day. It's an unique experience on its own and failing is part of succeding.
