There is a difference between all three qualities...but i tend to think it''s a little wee bit exagerated. I mean from XP High Quality and Very High Quality there is a significant difference. But between Vista and XP a slight one. I think that Crysis on Vista is for Extremers, that can afford such a beast of a machine. :D
