I think that you should get WiC. This game is much easier to grasp, for one thing. I have played Sins and found it very confusing, and seemed long a drawn out to me. And, Sins does not have campaign mode, so you do not really know the back story unless you look it up on the Internet or something. And i do not know about you, but i personally like to know about the storyline of the game before i really get immersed into it. Both of their multiplayer modes are pretty good. I personally just find WiC more fun of a game since it is not so confusing and complicated, and you can either be hardcore really huge skilled at it, or you can just kind of lay back and enjoy the fun of blowing up houses and nuking the towns that you battle in.
