Just the standard 1 year warranty on the console. I may be able to return it to Meijer though. I'm not sure on their return policy, hopefully they'll let me do it. The tech support guy said it would be better if I did that because when they send out consoles, they're refurb'd.

I was actually wondering though if there's a difference between the $60 Mad Catz Premium HD component cables and the $20 Sony ones. I picked up the Sony ones and I read about someone talking about the cables in this thread and that's why I'm wondeirng.

26" Sharp LCD HDTV 720p/1080i is really all I know about it. It's actually my brother's that lives in the same house. It was actually running the Motorstorm demo earlier and then when I came back inside to continue Resistance, it froze at a cutscene then kept freezing and freezing.

How is he supposed to check that when his PS3 isn't working?

Its good for about 30 seconds now, and then it freezes in the menu. I have to let it cool down to get it that high even.

It says lair, and I sent you a message back "i told u". I have to be brief on it because it freezes in the menu and I have to boot it up like 3 times to get it going now.

I'm not giving you my UPC code. If you don't believe me, that's fine - I have nothing to prove to you. I can tell you where I got it from though and how much. Meijer - July 23rd, Monday - If you used your Meijer credit card there that day, you got 20% off, and on your first purchase with the card you get an additional 10% off so it only costed me $360+ tax. I got Resistance right after I purchased it and missed out on the extra 10%, but I sitll got the 20% on it. The game and the system for $429 w/ tax.

He said the tech said it happens all the time which is false.

I tried to edit my OP and it's not letting me. I re-read it after I posted it, but what I meant to say is he said its a common thing that he sees, mainly because he's in tech support.

I smell fanboy! Learn how to read. He never said that the tech guy said it happens a lot. He said "He knew what it was." What is it with fanboys and pulling things out of their asses?

Actually I did say that because he said it's a common problem. Just gotta replace it. It's probably not a huge problem, but I'm sure they see it a lot in tech support.
