I'm looking for something that has a great story. Any genre works. I would also prefer it be real cheap, maybe something I could find on Steam for sale. Thanks so much!

I just got this computer and it is working great, only issue is that whenever I'm running games this internet is cutting out. For instance on WoW it doesn't hold a connection and I have to close out and reconnect to my wireless router. It holds a decent connection when browsing the internet and streaming video. I don't know what the issue is with in games and it is very disappointing because the reason I got this laptop is to play games.

Well it seems you all have high expectations for what a highend gaming laptop is and mine does not meet them but these are the specs. I really just wanted some suggestions on some graphically good games just to look at on this bad boy.

What are some games with a demo or free to download that can really test out the power of my laptop? I'm looking to get a new game and want to see which are the most visually striking. Thanks!

Sorry now its been a really long time for me. No I never fixed it. I'm now just going to say screw it and buy a new gaming laptop. Did you ever fix your issue?

Those specs look great! Maybe it will go back on sale. Its great for gaming too? Doesn't overheat or anything like that? Also is it possible to get it with Windows 7 or would you recommend just making the jump to 8?

I want to get a new gaming laptop for around $700-900. I want to know which brands to by or which specs to get. I haven't had a gaming computer in over 4 years so all the hardware I used to know is way out of date. Any links or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to getting back into the gaming community!

I couldn't think of another venue for this question and I don't frequent many other forums. But could someone help me find an instrumental version of Limp Bizkit's "Break Stuff." Random I know but I need it for a project. Thanks!

bump

I added an exception in my firewall and now instead of losing internet altogether it just loses the connectiont that it was previously connected to and it goes away from my available connections list. I can't seem to figure it out. I've tried updating my wireless card drivers and that doesn't help.
