Apparently she never played any of the old REs (1-3)? I disagree with this review and its score, backtracking is a staple of survival horror. I think this game tries to capture the older RE audience by setting up Jill's campaign similarly to the old RE's. The exploration in Jill's campaign feels reminiscent of the old RE's, while Chris's campaign caters to the CoD, blast everything in sight audience. New and old school in one little package :o)
