I loved the first game, Its beautiful and the free running is good fun, there are a number of failings that reduce its replayability as things like combat get a bit same(y). The second game is very similar except it adds more depth and the gameplay is more of an improvement than something really new. It does solve almost all the firsts problems combat is better and its even less linear. The economy system is good too but I still don't think they were thinking big enough for the second game. It could be longer and there should have been more to buy. Even so both excellent games and the storyline is very important so either play first or have a little read up

I've completed fable 2 and while i was disappointed it wasn't for any of the reasons mentioned. I had no trouble with freezing or glitches which was good. To be honest one of the big problems was I didn't feel the game was very big, which seems crazy as it was meant to be massively bigger than the first fable which i thought was fine. I think this is because there is no world map to no way to perceive scale and the fact theirs only a few good towns was a let down.

Saying its a console killer though is ridiculous, RROD is a hardware failure and while it can happen more often on consoles while playing high performance games it is of no fault whatsoever of the game maker.

I loved the first game so was very excited about this one although I do think one of the biggest problems is that they didn't include a global map. Fine they can say its 100 times bigger than fable 1 but if I can't get a perspective of that whats the point.

To a real problem I want answering: I want to buy furniture for my houses to increase the rent, the only furniture shop i can find though is the one at bowerstone market and when the lady seller is in there she never has anything to sell despite the whole shop being filled with furniture. By the way, I have never bought any furniture so don't say wait for the next load of goods to come into the store.

I just proposed, then bought a marital home and did the whole thumbs up a couple of time and did the unprotected deed.

I haven't tried renting a bed for the night in this game, just buy a cheap house and if you can't afford it get working you lazy bum. Use a condom too don't want an std

You have your own gang (the 3rd street Saints) but you can customise the style of the gang (ie bodyguards, gangsters, 80's, ninja and others) You can also customise the cars your gang members drive. So basically you can have whatever type of gang you want. Is good fun and while it is a big improvement on the first I still feel after playing GTA4 with its amazing realism that they could have done a better job with it.

It seems, like me alot of players like rpg's more but the replayability isn't there. Its like if I asked you if you had a choice between drinking chocolate milkshake or water only for a year. While chocolate milkshake is yummier after a couple of weeks you'll hate that stuff (sorry for lame comparison

You'd have to rent it for quite awhile, unless you rush it or are going to play it loads you won't finish it in a week.

Really depends how much you like that sort of game, I bought it though

Yeah 360's are quite cheap now and there are sooo many great games already and lots more coming out.

If you buy new you'll get a nice long warranty and you can buy extra warranty really cheap.

Gears has a massive fan base for online multiplayer that will come flooding back for this one. I'm not sure it would get my vote for game of the year but I still think its a serious contender. Definetly buying though

umm what were you promised an didnt get? lol because every thing i know he promised i have seen so far so tell me

k2theswiss

I think the hype surrounding the game and all the features offered caused alot of embellishment on the net. This said, alot of the things lionhead have offered us in fable 2 are new to the gaming world and RPG's so misunderstandings were bound to happen
