Pre-ordered and pre-paid. Much like the Dreamcast, even if it is has only a few gems on it, $300 is really not that much. Skipped the Wii U, but I have missed the Nintendo vibe on my PC and PS4.
I don't understand why he should be sorry... Is this America or what? The man (or his company) shouldn't be punished just for his political beliefs, regardless of how unpopular they are. This "tolerance" silencing people is getting scary quickly.

People (Apple) should never be forcibly compelled by their government to create something new. Another word for this is slavery.
People should never be forcibly compelled by their government to commit speech they don't consent to. Program code has previously been ruled as a form a speech in multiple court cases. Once again, the government should have no right to do this in the United States.

Had the FBI not reset then man's Apple ID password, his phone could have been backed up to iCloud and then accessed with ease. It's their own fault.
The law that is being used against Apple is from 1789, and could probably not have foreseen its current application.
Congress (the ELECTED people who REPRESENT us) should have more influence in a matter this serious than courts (who are APPOINTED).
