@charliebrownnz: Warzone looks to completely benefit casual players..? 'I can't beat this guy in a gun fight, he's too good.. but I reckon I can take down this group of AI and score some points, then perhaps sneak into a control point..? Maybe even earn a vehicle to gain an edge?
Think outside the box instead of being salty over its exclusivity.
Well played, it could potentially be retail suicide but as a man who worked in retail for 9 years I can say it's refreshing to see this happen, so many holidays etc worked :/
People moan if companies release too much DLC ; "This character should have been included!" "£10 for 2 hour story campaign!"? "New battle elements only allowed through DLC!?"
Yet, they do enough to justify a new release ; "Should have been DLC!?!?"
Honestly, sod being a game developer with the community these days. Can't do right for doing wrong.
@galva86: "Not some Indie crap" Implying that indie games can't be amazing? I could direct you too many Indie games that warrant a higher asking price.
For me the game wouldn't offer enough replay value and it's not a game I would likely return to, I heard that the second act is weaker than the first and for myself, that doesn't justify £50 of my cash.
That's not to say I don't think it should be cheaper, not by any means.. but I would rather place my cash elsewhere til it drops in price ^^
@Lunastra78: I agree with you bud, I was looking forward to this release but stayed away from most articles to reduce spoilers.
Day of release went on to the PS Store and it was £50, couldn't believe it. I genuinely thought it would be £20-30. I'll wait for a price drop but glad there's a sequel in talks.
@beckerjr: I have no problem at all investing time into a game, by my opinion being different to yours that means I'm not a PC gamer?
Odd, I'm typing from a gaming rig with 150+ games on steam but nah, you're right.. Also, I'm a gamer of anything that provides fun content, stop labeling yourself one or the other. It's pathetic.
