Can anyone recommend a good 5.1 surround sound setup (either a home cinema setup or surround sound with separate AV receiver) to go with a 52" Bravia HDTV and a PS3? Preferably not HUGELY expensive :D i.e. within £300 range (btw UK product links would be much appreciated)!

What are the case and motherboard like? Does it come with the intel stock cooler? What PSU do you get with this deal?

Would a Scythe Mugen 2 fit in my current case? And is it worth replacing the slipstream with a Noctua NF-P12?

[QUOTE="Luminouslight"] Agreed, If you are going to go water, you have to spend a very large amount of money to get a decent set. The primary reason why you can't get such a high overclock has a lot to do with the C0 stepping. Nothing you can change about that unfortunately.

Ok, thanks for the advice :) The only thing I worry about the high end coolers such as the Prolimatech Megahalem is that they look pretty beastly and whether or not this kind of weight is good for the motherboard? Is there any of relieving this pressure on the motherboard? Any good HSF that you can recommend to give good cooling for a Core i7 920 w/ C0 stepping?

This one is exceptional. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185093

It's still pretty big though. Just make sure the case fits it.

Ok....this looks like a really good Cooler for a Core i7. What do you guys think of me changing my case from the NZXT Lexa Blackline to a Cooler Master HAF 932, because I wanted a case with better cooling, less noise, but one that's not much deeper.

Getting thermal paste may be able to shave off a few Celsuis. Go for something like OCZ freeze. I reapplied my thermal paste, which I originally used Arctic Silver 7, and I lowered about 10 C easy. BTW, is your i7 C0 or D0 stepping?Luminouslight

I think my i7 is C0, since I got it back in January. I had it built by a company called Wired2Fire, so I haven't actually tried playing around with it just yet. I was just looking for a bit of advice, before I did so. The main things I was considering changing were the Case....to possibly a Cooler Master HAF 932 and the cooler. I don't think I'm ready for Water Cooling just yet, but I have been considering options like the Cool IT Domino ALC and the Corsair H50 LCLC.
