Although it is true..but still Oblivion was made for Pc in mind and then was ported to 360 and then Ps3 and yes GoW was a fantastic game( a game which i still haven't been able to play) but still i think that Japanese developers are more better when it comes to Consoles while Americans rule the Pc gaming. But still some of the best looking games on both consoles were made by japanese. Final Fantasy, Okami, Resident Evil 4, Panzer dragoon Orta and many more. While americans focus more on mayhem and carnage. Mercenaries, Doom, Quake, Halo, Call of Duty etc.

but what I'm saying is that they also focus on innovative and terrific gameplay more then the japanese. all the games you just mentioned were considered great games gameplay wise and are great in my opinon too.
Well i have noticed this, but I don't think it means the games are better, it only means the graphics are, not always the gameplay, which is what really matters in a game although, actually american developersalso spend a lot on graphics, like TES Oblivion and Gears of War.
Me and My Katamari! I can't stop playing levels over and over, even though I've played it over 5 times and playedback each level at least 10 to 20 times each.
