RLS usually comes about when you're tired and a lot of times is due to a lack of calcium. What you have isn't RLS. RLS literally is an uncontrollable urge to shake your legs that may or may not be accompanied with pain.
Just call up your parents and ask if they claim you as a dependent on their taxes. Generally it's if someone else provides for at least half of your support + some other stuff, then you're considered a dependent.
