Upscaling of the old dvds is great. For most movies you arent going to notice a big difference bewteen an upscaled dvd and the hd-dvd version unless the movie is a technical based movie with loads of fx etc... like 300.
And even then, it's not going ot be huge, it won't be like the difference between vhs and dvd,
Shes probably hoping to have grandkids soon, and knowing your headed to college she is hoping youll spend more time making babies then playing video games :O
Call me old school, but the old Empire Strikes Back on Atari 2600 was the most fun Star Wars video game for me, the rest released since then just don't seem to match up
ANyone remmeber it?Here's a refresher video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SkWIPKFrxk
I been fretting updating my dvd collection to hddvd too, but alot of hd players upscale quality on normal dvd,s and they do actually look better in most cases... so Iv'e just resigned to keeping my dvd collection and just buying new movies in hddvd format. And Ill make exception if they release a hddvd version with extras that werent included in the dvd version I have, other than that I think we'll be fine keeping our normal dvds with our hddvd collections.
I'm wondering because I get alot of messages of people telling me to file complaint their gamertag I ask them why and they say that microsoft would make them change it for free.Merc009
MS can probably track those messages to you, and see the person was trying to circumvent the system, then suspend him
