I would like to see them expand on the territory capture. maybe you could build your own empire and even customize your gang's weapons, cars and even clothing. also it would be cool to design your own tag not some crap they made up for you. i wanna see an environement change to show signs as to what gang controls it ( ie. tags, posters, certain key buildings change colour to show that they are a gang HQ).
As someone already said it would be cool to be rewarded for random exploration of the city. maybe you could talk to a random stranger and that would lead to a side mission or you could talk to a girl and ask her out on a date.
It would be awsome if you could desing your own house and throw parties or order a pizza instead of going to the restaurant. speaking of food, maybe they could add different types of restaurants other than fast food. Or maybe the player could actually hunt animals and eat them MGS style. speaking of MGS, maybe they could expand on the stealth elements of the game (ie. camoflouge, sam fisher style gadgets, sneaking into building through ventilation)
Who else was dissapointed with casino heist mission? i wouldve liked to see less killing and more OCEAN'S ELEVEN style robberies; to go with that, better AI would really help the game specially for the allies. i think the mission should be even more over the top and the side missions should be as wild as SA's main missions. it would be cool if you could earn more money from the extra missions (taxi, ambulance and etc.) but first you would have to get a liscence for it.
One thing i would love to see is better law system. the police shouldnt just exist to hunt down the player but they should react to any crime. also they shouldnt always be trying to kill you when you commit a crime and instead they should arrest yo. then your gang could break you out or something cool like that. also they should pull you over when you pass a red light or go too fast and then you could bribe them or just take a ticket that you have to pay or go to jail.
they should make the main mission portion much longer so that it covers like 80% of the game and the rest should be the extras which should definetley be made more exciting and actually worth playing. (like interesting scenarios for the taxi missions or body gaurd jobs or bounty jobs)
in terms of size i think they should make it slightly bigger but not too big because then they would have to compromise on the graphix and detail which is very important for the next gen GTA titles. it would cool to see changes in the cities look depending on the season (like christmas decorations or people in bikinis when it's summer time). also they should add some sort of mission that spans acroos all the cities or states in the game and is broken up into several missions that carry on the same objective.
