Add a disc.

They mail you a disc for an additional fee 5$. What this does is. You can still play the downloadable content without the disc

If you want to play it with the disc you gotta download a license that only allows play on that xbox 360.

This way if the company ever goes defunct. They can have a special ability integrated into the disc where they can turn the disc on independent mode which means you can use the cd without a code and it turns into a regular game.

And if you ever want to sell your game just transfer licenses. Gamestop can have a special machine that does this.
