Hey guys so this is my rig I built back in 2008 and I think it's time for something new. 

 

- ASUS P5Q SE PLUS LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

- Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor

- CORSAIR XMS2 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

So I wanted to upgrade the MoBo, CPU, RAM and Video Card. and PSU is pretty new so I dont think I need a new one, This is what I had is mind, any input is welcome.

alright so I've been looking on newegg and I've picked out some parts and would like your guy's thoughts.

thank you for the input. as for a more powerful card then the 7770, what might some of you guysrecommend that wouldn't be bottlenecking my CPU?

Hey guys, was looking for some input into my computer upgrading. here are my specs as they stand.

Mobo - AsusP5Q-SE

CPU - Intel Core2Duo E7200 2,53GHz

RAM - 2x 2GB Corsair 800MHz

VideoCard - ATI Radeon 4850 512MB

Case - Antec 900

PSU - CoolerMaster 600W

The main thing I was looking for is my video card. I was looking at the Radeon HD7770 but I was worried about bottlenecking. any input would is welcome!

I installed an old fav C&C 3 n everything went alright for the install then when I went to launch the game a box comes up n says "please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000)" now I have the DVD copy of the game n I dont understand why it's doing this.... kinda pissing me off... I've tried reinstalling n it did the samething! anyone know something that might help?

hmm whats ur cpu? that feels kinda low for a 4850 since mine (check sig for specs) gets over 14000

I'm using the E7200 2.5GHz n it's not overclocked. I tryed to overclock it but it messed something up n I had to reset the BIOS.
