This is all a matter of preference. Killzone is good but I hate COD4 for the controls. My fav for shooting is still Uncharted which isn't really a shooter but for the actual shooting, it's easiest for me.
I ran a search but couldn't find anything concrete. I was wondering if you can play this game online against only friends on your personal "Friends List" rather then just random players. If I can do this then I'll buy this game today. Thanks in advance.

Uhmm that may be a reason as to why I didnt saw that. I completely hate the Daytona track since its really boring. Im more of the complex track kind of guy
For me it seems to happen on every single track at any level unless you can manage to get a decent lead and then you can just see the mess of crap behind you in the mirror. It really takes the fun out of something that could have been good. This will also be brutal and get worse if/when they release the update for car damage. I really don't think the game will be able to hold up and look good if guys are driving like tools.
The game itself is good but the online players make online suck real bad. Why can't people drive. I really hate this arcade crap driving that everyone does with just running into people or just running along the walls, crap like that. If that's the way people want to race then buy an arcade game. This "as real to life simulator game" there is out there and this game would be better with no online mode at all because this is just trashing what was the best pure car racing game there is.
I wish they would let you create races with a friends list or something like in F1 and Motorstorm because the way it is now, this game sucks totally online. Enough said.
I've played the game (Not US version yet though until Tuesday) and this game is well worth the money. There was no lag and I haven't seen any jaggies either. For the tools out there, this game is not a demo because it's not the full version. This game is still larger then other full games out there that your paying $60 for so get real. Good luck ever finding a Demo EVER being this big. The gameplay is so much better then the previous games and it's about thime they got rid of that 6 car racing. A must buy game for everybody who was/is a fan of the GT series for sure.
