I agree with Ritard, if the games are still good and fun to play why wouldn't the ps2 stand up agaisnt next gen consoles

Sure why not, as long as the games are good the the fanbase stays with the system ,i think it will stand the test of time

PS2 will not die , even if the system stops being sold the ps3 will continue the legacy
