It's definitely the best DnD movie, but considering all the previous DnD movies that is not necessarily saying much. It's a decent fantasy movie, but it misrepresents the hell out of the actual rules of the game.

The gaming industry in general lately has increased my conviction to no longer pre-order anything nor pay full price for games anymore. I'll be getting my games only during sales thank you for that game industry.
@bestdad94: I'm right there with you being salty. They just took a huge steaming dump on Tolkien lore. They need to change the name of the show to Amazon's Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power because it sure isn't Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.
His apology isn't helping. Between the lines it just sounds like they knew it shouldn't have been released in it's current state and they did it anyway. If you're gonna crap the bed deliberately don't grab a handful of it, show it to everyone and then try and apologize it off...not gonna work.
