perhaps if the legalization process wasnt so ridiculously complex, difficult, and expensive as well as taking months or even several years to complete their wouldnt be such a great number of people choosing to forgo it. and to anyone saying that this is about all immigration and not just hispanic's, you're deluding yourself. Its blatant racism, no matter how you justify it these laws are designed to deport latino/a's

I recently purchased an Acer Aspire as5740-5513 laptop, and i love the thing to death. However, i dont like the inability to see what im typing at night, such as right now. I would like to upgrade to a backlit keyboard, but im not sure what this entails. does anyone have any experience with this or can provide a tutorial? also, what will i need. Obviously, i'll need LED's and a resistor, but what voltage etc etc and tools will be required for this.

thanks in advance, sorry if this question is idiotic or has already been answered in the past.

my acer aspire as5740 (core i3 330m, 4gb ddr3 ram) set me back 499.99, $550 with tax. Runs like a beast, amazing laptop. Battery life could be better, 3 1/2 hours with average usage tops, but a great budget notebook. The deal i got is over now, but officemax is selling it at $529.99, still a good price.

in my opinion it looks ridiculous. way too "square" and it looks bulky and uncomfortable to use.with such a large screen, a more widescreen approach would look better. i liked some of the fake concept renders people put out much better.

i prefer my HD to the ipod touch, which is why i bought it in the first place. however, i will concede that the difference in audio quality is negligible, and that the touch has a huge app marketplace. my choice of the zune is purely subjective, its thinner, lighter, and smaller, and i like that it doesnt get in the way. the touch's just seem bulkier, although they are unbelievably thin as well. i also like the more urban feel as opposed to the clean aeshetic characteristic of the ipods. there's something bold about the design and UI that makes the simplistic ipod interface seem, well, boring.

quick question:
if you had over $200 of DLC on the playstation, why would you trade it in for a 360 in the first place? Im assuming you got around$200 for the trade in towards your 360, where is the logic in this exactly? and where did the 250GB SKU bombing come in?

i'm going to have to agree with the fact that most metal album covers try wayyyy to hard to have this epic fantasy artwork, and it just comes off as gaudy. same with the overly scripty fonts. there is no need for that, or for albums to not have a name or artist written on it so that people actually have to ask what the album is.

[QUOTE="EMOEVOLUTION"][QUOTE="rawsavon"] What is suspicious to one, is not to another (but I have seen this movie too many times already) -better hospitals here, access to the best rehab facility -yet seek someone in another country -fly that person here -that person has been associated w/HGH in the past (why the hell an athlete would take that PR risk is beyond me) -Dana Torres was suspected of HGH (40 year old swimmer)...this is her doctor -he sought him out AFTER knee injury -HGH helps with healing -Tiger came back to full form quickly (takes NFL QB's 2 years to get back to that level...other elite athletes for comparison only) To me that is suspicious, but I understand others not being rawsavon

I think better hospitals here is only a matter of opinion and not necessarily fact. How do you grade a hospitals ability to provide health care effectively? An arbitrary system of values? Seriously, though a health care system by itself may not be entirely great.. it doesn't mean it couldn't have one good doctor still.

To be honest, I do not know how they compile the ranking...only the results
-top Canadian one was #66
-Stanford #1 (for rehab)
-US had more tan 10 of top 15

There is a reason though that people come from alll over the world to the US for healthcare
-we take of the rich very well, just the poor get shafted

if you want to use statistic evidence, please back up the legitimacy of the data. the radio telling you how good something is doesnt make it fact. where's the link to the results your posting? when was the study conducted? how many hospitals were ranked? what nation is the company who did the ranking based in? these are all relevant questions and sources of potential bias. If I was to tell you that a study conducted ranked McDonald's healthier to eat than a deli, would you believe me? This is where people's criticism of your readiness to believe the story and create suspicion based on "evidence" that is circumstantial at best. Athlete's deserve due process. If your friend was a drug dealer and arrested, would you enjoy it if the newspaper claimed you were a drug dealer based on you knowing him?
