Well i think i got a small idea...He protect the last crystal right? And people think the crystal is something that needs to be destroyed. So on they think he is evil. And maybe the story spins around that fact or something. So he ain't neutral, but he ain't evil. He's good in one way and bad in one way;) hehe..hard to tell..need a longer trailer!
It was great, for what it was. Technically it was a "teaser" not a trailer just to show us the graphics a character and some pretty cool music. So IMO it was awsome XD.
That character was pretty cool too ^^

Yeah! So true, i think we will see a longer trailer soon. This is pretty smililair to the MGS4 trailer. We saw a small trailer, and later on they gave us a longer one. And this trailer ends in a way that make it great for a longer trailer!
