I tried it in my rig and it worked fine. Would installing the drivers before installing the card work??

I disabled the onboard video and uninstalled it then tried the card again and still get a blank screen with that message. I can't get into the bios with the card installed for obvious reasons. What do I do in the bios when I can get into it when the card's not installed?? I went in there and didn't see anything for VGAs. I can tell it doesn't even really boot up. It's on and running, but the drive isn't loading.

You will most likely have to disable the onboard video, you'll need to boot into the BIOS and disable it.--Anna--

Ok, thanx, I will give that a shot.

Does the card need a 6 pin connector to power it? If it does that may be the reason you are not getting output.Ravirr

No, the card does not require a 6 pin connector.

Ok, my g/f got an ATI Radeon 3450HD as an upgrade to her integrated graphics. (She really only plays Morrowind and The Sims 2) After I install the card and turn on the computer, the monitor goes blank after it says "No input signal. Go to power save." I can't do anything with the monitor because its menu button won't even come up and instead of the green power on light being on it's the orange standby light. It's a sony monitor that came with her Vaio.

Yea, I can't really format my Drive so that isn't an option. How would I go about repairing/installing the motherboard drivers which you suggested may be corrupt??
