@LukeWestare you an American? What do you know about how we live and think? do you have stats to back up your claim that "Americans live in fear, they think if you take away all there guns there going to get raped in 5 mins."? or are you just talking out your ass?

@canuckbiker Nope wrong again. We are the country that everyone want to come to, you think in the early 1900s millions of people were immigrating to Mexico, or Russia, or Canada? Hell no, Everyone in the world knew that if you wanted freedom and a chance to make it AMERICA was the place to go, that is our reputation. As for our current policies made by our government i wont defend them at all. But the point remains the same, Why do all the countries send there college kids here to learn? Why do yo think China had to move to more of a Capitalistic society?, because what we have here works and you have the freedom to become whatever you set your mind to.

@thenephariouson"Japan hasn't been so lucky with Grand Theft Auto releases. Either the games come years later, heavily censored or both. Well, this time is different. Today, Capcom announced it is bringing a localized version of the multi-platform title Grand Theft IV to The Land of the Rising Sun sometime this year. Though, we're pretty sure CERO (Japan's ESRB) will censor it pretty heavily. Japan doesn't take kindly to random human killing!" obviuosly this is old but it makes my point.

They don't play the same content there that we do.

@zombieseesmeat

Really wouldn't expect a Canadian (Master_Vexov) to understand, they didn't have amazing men create there country, men who knew why something like the second amendment is important. Men who had the balls to stand up to a Tyrannical English king. Men who gave us the 2nd amendment so we could defend ourselves against a tyrannical government if one was to arise again.

"They who give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty or safety." -Ben Franklin

@Master_Vexov@Drebo"If even one child’s life can be saved, then we need to act. Now is the time to do the right thing for our children, our communities, and the country we love." Thats the quote YOU posted. that quote doesn't mention guns does it? It just says if even one life can be saved then we need to act. I just used those same words, that you quoted, so agian where does it stop, right now its about guns, what will be the next thing on the list, how about this, If we could just save one child by banning violent video games then we must act. see what i did there replaced guns with violent video games. My point is, where does this line of thinking end. If by banning all religions and could just save one life then we must act. Agian see what i did there and how that line of thinking can get out of control?

@Master_Vexov @Drebo you miss the point obviously The argument that say if it just saves one life is flawed. Make any analogy you want using the "if it only saves just one life" argument and you will see the absurdity in the argument, those i mentioned are just examples. but in the end if we could save just even one life maybe we should ban Diablo 3 because that Koren kid played it until he died. its that a better analogy for you

@Master_Vexov If only one life can be saved from say a drunk driver, maybe alcohol should be banned. If only we can save just one life from say a pitbull gone mad, maybe we should ban pitbulls. If we could only save just one life from say a shark attack, maybe we should ban sharks. If only we had banned sting rays and only saved just one life maybe Steve Irwin would still be here. Do you see a pattern here, that "if it just saves one life" argument is invalid

@Patohua1 @Drebo While that cant be denied, Hollywood Played a huge role in backing (how much a plate was it at Clooney's house,, and how many times did Clooney have him there) crazy. I mean people like Sarah Silverman and Lena Dunham hitting that youth vote hard for him, ya Hollywood, its where "Stars" and celebrities are made not Presidents and Obama is a "Star/celebrity" not a President.
