First up, everyone is complaining about PS3 users not getting DLC. Here's the deal. Bethesda don't hate you. I'll bet my bottom dollar that they have teams working right now to try to get the DLC running properly on PS3. Take away all the game development and they are a business and businesses need money to work. PS3 releases mean more money so you can be sure that they are working to get that done.

Now, onto the second thing that everyone is complaining about: Bugs. When you make a game, any game, there will be bugs. I have made the smallest, most simple platformers you could think of in programs like flash and even they have bugs that take time to fix. It is unavoidable and just part of the process. Now when you make a game with literally an infinite amount of content which is constantly changing and evolving and is different for every player you are going to get bugs. A whole lot of bugs. You could have 20 people test a game that size for 3 months and only find 5% of the bugs. You make a game that is infinite and the bugs will be just as infinite. Now when you roll out a game of that size and over a million people play it they find a lot of bugs and those bugs take a long time to fix. Just imagine how long it would take for a team of 20 people to fix 100,000 problems with a game. Now imagine how long it would take to fix those problems before release. Bugs are inevitable and game companies will wait and fix a whole heap of problems and then release one big patch. Why do they do this? Money. Like I said before the game development company is still a business and rolling out patches costs a whole lot of money. It costs around $40,000 to release one patch on Xbox and that is just the cost of the server space that Microsoft charges the developer.

So all of this complaining is stupid and completely pointless. You can write a thousand angry letters to Bethesda telling them to fix bugs and put DLC onto PS3 and they will always just say they are working on it because that is what they are doing. They are a pretty small team of people working on a pretty massive project and believe it or not they need time and they cant just make stuff magically appear.
