Yes, I have.It was one of the first games that I got with my NES when I was a little kid. I got The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt (of course because it was the pack-in game), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Soldier, and Pin-Bot. Great first line-up of games.

At first, I didn't like Legend of Zelda because it wasn't a side-scrolling platformer which is what I really wanted to play at 6 years old. ButI got over it and became absolutely enamored with the game. I had never played a game so in-depth before it (I know, in-depth for LoZ sounds silly nowadays).

My sister, who normally isn't a gamer, even got into it. She made maps of all the dungeons and item locations in the dungeon all on pen and notebook paper!

Heck, I even enjoyed the heck out of the sequel: Zelda II: The Adventure of Link that eveyone else seems to love to hate on.

That was the magic of the time, games getting our attention like never before. I also enjoyed Zelda II a lot. Another sequel most people of that time love to bash but i liked very much is Castlevania II: Simon's Quest.

Yeah, the video-cutscenes on a lot of the games are indeed poor quality. They have poor resolution and video quality on a lot of them. But then that's part of the charm of some of the games on Saturn. I LOVE the cutscenes on Shinobi Legions, it just screams 80s direct-to-video kung fu.

Shinobi Legions was one of my first Saturn games. Since i didn't own a Sega CD, and bought the Saturn on launch day, it was my first CD equipped videogame, so the world of FMVs was a new one to me. I remember that i was blown away by the FMVs of Shinobi Legions. I thought they were awesome, high tech for those times standards. To think about it nowdays is actually funny. About Shinobi Legions, great side scroller action game, but why the h*ll it didn't have a save feature is beyond me.

I'm a big fan of the Saturn, but i have to admit, it had issues playing CGs. Not that all CGs on the Saturn were horrible (some actually were pretty good, like the intro of Mechwarior 2), but they were always better on the PlayStation.

The original Xbox was not a HD supported console thus has no HD options. FortuneInLies

Yes, it is. If i'm not mistaken, over 40 games on the original Xbox are 720p, and 6 are 1080i. But yes, the majority of games support enhanced definition only (480p), and very few are only 480i.

I also have and enjoyed Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. I can't really say wich one i prefer, but between the two the first one is consider by most the better game. That's the reason why the Super NES sequel A Link to the Past was not a side scroller like Zelda II, but over the top view like the first one.

Super NES. I enjoyed the Mega Drive/Genesis a lot as well. Never had a Turbografx 16, but i consider it a classic console that has its place among the great gaming machines.
