@bakagami @BillyColeman This console reveal pushes me more towards a competitor than the device revealed. I'm not a fanboy, but the console looks like the Wii. I don't like the name Xbox One, the things I have seen seen so far don't seem much better than the original Xbox. I am not interested in the FPS games, the sports games, or the driving games, I'm going to pass on this console /translation

Is there somewhere I can get a run down of the important info, I don't feel like really watching the whole presentation.

@granola_goodnes @CidX1 Only too much work if it has some amount of difficulty. Its good to show your opposition how absolutely ridiculous their position is as often as is possible. If you continually remind them the violence they are fighting against is truly an artistic representation of violence, they might actually stop to think what that means.

@granola_goodnes @CidX1 Better to say it that way every time rather than to say it in a way that would make someone think maybe there is actual violence. Since there is none.

@granola_goodnes Yes, because the people fighting against it don't view it that way.

@Mercgamer74 You have played 0 violent video games, games contain no violence, only depictions of violence, or artistic representations of violence. There's more violence in football or hockey than there is in video games.

@granola_goodnes @m4a5 No such thing as violent video games, only depictions of violence, or artistic representations of violence. More violence in football or hockey than video games.

There is no such things as violent video games, only depictions of violence in video games. There is more violence in football than there is in video games. Seeing depictions of violence may desensitize to depictions of violence, but does not seem to have any effect on real violence. Also, Manhunt for 13-15 year-olds? What is wrong with the people doing these studies? You could make the same point having people of the same age watch any well made horror film without depictions of violence, assuming they normally don't view these sort of things. Next time someone mentions violence in video games, correct them to depictions of violence, or even artistic representations of violence.

EA just teamed up with Disney to make star wars games didn't they? Likely had some impact.
