When I was at achool a guy did a talk in front of the class entitled "Why my life is so fucked up". In it he told his life story and what he'd been through. When he was finished the teacher said his talk had room for improvement. If it wasn't a cry for help I don't know what is.

A few months later he shot himself at home. The next day the headmaster came to speak to our class and asked "What kind of music did he listen to?"...

What about the millions of people who play COD and Battlefield all day who haven't bought a gun and gone on a killing spree? Violent media desensitizes you to violence, it doesn't make you a violent person.

Armoured Core is the prefect example of a game where the vast majority of players let the AI fight the battles as trying to fight them yourself gets quite difficult quite fast. And it's still a lot of fun. I wouldn't mind the option to switch to third person view in Skyrim and watch my character battle a bunch of bandits. The problem however comes in making it work. Often the best ideas end up being annoying frustrations because they're difficult to execute.

Everyone has the right to disagree with anything they want, but then have the maturity and intellect to argue your point with dignity and respect to yourself and the person who's view you oppose. The level this argument has been dragged down to is absolutely pathetic. It's worth mentioning because it's unacceptable and at the same time these losers should not be given the attention they so desperately crave. Jennifer Hepler, I hope you don't take anything these cowards have said personally. Rest assured they are the minority. I'd like to see a single one of these people stand in front of you and say the same things to your face, I bet 90% don't have the balls and the other 10% are mentally unstable.
