Economic TW: You have to buy debt to other nation, then speculate and crash their economy. or Religious TW: You creat a religion (mono or poly, as you want) then you convert people to your faith and make them burn every non-believers. or Total Cold War: you amass lots of weapon of mass destruction then wait.
