I'm always looking for a good single player experience, but to me that doesn't matter quite as much. I get 99% of my enjoyment from playing online and I was wondering if those of you who have played R2 online find it a fun experience. I like how CoD has ranks and upgradable weapons to keep the fun factor up... what does R2 do well in that means? Thanks for your responses!
I am wondering if any gamers have experience with Ubuntu? I am currently running XP home and I was wondering what Ubuntu is like in terms of running Windows applications. Would I have a problem with my hardware or software or does Ubuntu emulate XP drivers closely enough so that I shouldn't have any problems? Any feedback at all from any Ubuntu users would be appreciated! Thanks!
Hey guys. I just got my PS3 for x-mas and I bought best buy's brand (dynex) HDMI cable and I am wondering if it is worth spending the extra money on a 800 series Monster cable. I will be wathcing Blu ray movies and I am using my ps3 currently on a 24" LG lcd tv.
I have my PS3 hooked up through HDMI and I'm experiencing some weird sound lag. It happens at different times in the game, but it seems to work fine at first and start to glitch after playing for a bit. When it happens the sound of a gunshot (for example) will lag behind the actual shots fired. I have Uncharted and Resistance FOM and they both seem to do it at different times and it is very annoying. Has anyone heard of this, and if so, how do I fix it? Thanks!!

...that us PC gamers were cheated out of the Prestige mode in COD4 and they need to add it. Here it is:
"I just wanted to address my dissappointment and concern with the PC version of COD4 that several of my friends and I are all frustrated with. What in God's name was the reason for removing Prestige mode from the PC version? That was the one thing I was excited to try since after level 55 the game gets exponential boring. Prestige mods needs to be implemented in the next patch, please! I know a lot of PC gamers are upset that this feature was cut and in some way feel cheated that the consoles version has it. Also, why does the lvl up system just stop at 55? I understand that the amount of upgrades and weapons need to be limited. But gamers like to be recognized for their committment and hardwork so why not distinguish a player from lvl 55 to 75? We don't NEED extras (it would be nice tho) but just the honor system XP lvl to continue to increase to show that you are a more experienced player than someone who JUST earned lvl 55. I know it is not much to ask, but I know from video game posts online that pc gamers would love to see this updated! Thank you for your time and consideration!
I just finally reached level 55 and I am interested in entering Prestige mode. For those of you that have tried this out... do I need to achieve all unlockables and complete every challenge before I can enter this mode? Thanks!
