• Price: PS Vita is priced exactly the same as the PSP's launch price ($249), albeit this is the barebones PS Vita, but it still is no joke when it comes to the value you're getting for what you're paying for. It has double the features that the PSP had, if not more. The competitors in the market launched their system with the same price as the PS Vita but with much less features, not to mention the hardware capability that the PS Vita has over its rivals. There will be a $299 dollar PS Vita which has 3g capabilities so that you'll be able to play online or download stuff anywhere! Simply put the PS Vita is a steal at this price. • Hardware Prowess: The PS Vita flaunts a beautiful quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor; this is a very fast CPU especially considering this is a handheld system and not a computer. In terms of the graphics, it makes use of an SGX543MP4 +GPU, from what everyone has seen, this system exhibits PS3-like graphics which is no laughing matter. The PS Vita proves it's a juggernaut that's a force to be reckoned with. • Dual Analog Sticks: Have you ever imagined playing handheld games with a PlayStation controller? Guess what, you can do just that with the PS Vita. Spawning dual analog sticks, 4 directional arrows, 4 face buttons, the L and R buttons, etc. It's virtually the Playstation Controller that we all know and love, but with a 5 inch screen attached to it! The dual analog sticks are especially important for First Person Shooter and Third Person Shooter games. Finally you can aim much more comfortably by using the new right stick; this alone is the deal-maker for many people. • Hybrid of Combinations: The capability of playing ps3 games on the PS Vita via Remote-Play. Any Playstation 3 owner who owns a PS Vita can play his PS3 games on the PS Vita itself! I know this might sound crazy, but it's actually true. The PS Vita basically becomes the TV and the PS3; this means you can play your PS3 games on-the-go, anywhere at any time, whilst using the PSP controls. No one can say they don't have a library of games on the PS Vita when their PS3 library becomes playable on their PS Vita. • Cross-Platform Gaming: Owners of the PS Vita can enjoy gaming with their fellow PS3 friends, by using the Cross-Platform Play feature. Since it can play PS3 games, PS Vita users can join games with people who are playing on their PS3s at home, while Vita owners can be anywhere, be it at home or at a mall etc. Gone are the days where you had to be at home to play people who are using the same home-console that you're using. • Dual Cameras: The PS Vita boasts a front camera and a rear camera. Can you even begin to imagine the possibilities that this can do for this glorious handheld system? We've all seen how the EyeToy works and what it can do, it forced many competitors to jump on the bandwagon and make similar ideas, all those ideas were derived from the EyeToy on the PS2 which started it all. Not only would it create many gaming possibilities, but it can even be used simply as a camera to save those great memories of the great gaming sessions with your friends. • Touchscreen: When technology these days is leaning towards using touchscreens, the PS Vita doesn't disappoint in that aspect. Myself and many others have become used to using touchscreens, so this is a greatly welcomed addition to the PS Vita's features. Navigating through the menus should be as smooth as butter and more convenient than it ever was. The PS Vita once again takes advantage of a feature and makes it much more interesting, it will have a Multi-Touch feature, you and anyone else can both be touching the screen at the same time and it will recognize each individual's action. As seen in the LittleBigPlanet trailer that's coming for the Vita, two people were playing a pong game on the same Vita. In Uncharted: Golden Abyss, tossing grenades has never been easier, just by moving your finger on the screen itself you can choose where the grenade would land, thus creating an easier yet fun way of using grenades. • Rear-Touch Pad: I never would have thought of something crazy yet at the same time ingeniously thought out. After seeing how this was being used in games such as LittleBigPlanet, it gives you the capability of pushing objects in the background into the foreground, thus creating different kinds of solutions to puzzles and possibilities. Little Deviants will be the first launch game on the PS Vita and it already looks simply astonishing. It uses every feature on the Vita and that's a great way to show-off its capabilities. The Rear-Touch pad is used to direct a ball from one point to another and by pressing on the Rear-Touch pad you can create small mountains from the ground that will push the ball until you reach the goal. Innovation at its finest, truly remarkable and unique. • OLED Screen: Ever wished for your handheld system to have the capability of blocking the annoying sun glares? Wish granted. The PS Vita will use an OLED screen which not only blocks the sun's glare, but it also provides crystal clear gaming resolutions! I mean an LED screen would have been enough, but Sony went with an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED). What more can you ask for?! • SIXAXIS: The PS3 feature that was a major-selling point for many people makes its return on to the PS Vita. It's like the features it hails aren't enough. Driving games are going to be fun, the Vita will feel as if it's the steering wheel of the car, and immersion shall take over. Obviously whenever a player feels like they want to use the traditional Analog stick to drive they can, trust me though, some games are actually more fun by a ton when used with the SIXAXIS motion technology. Hopefully I didn't bore you with my reasons, looking oh-so much to your vital feedback :D! /WormioBH

Ok so I want to get thre rest of the (main) half life games. I already have half life 2 so I was wondering should I just buy 1 and ep 1 and ep 2 separately or get a pack with them included. What's your advice?

MasterofMatty

That's easy to figure out, since you have the Half Life 2, get yourself a Half Life 1 on Stream with 75% off
