It comes WITH the 360 when you purchase it. If you bought your 360 less than a year ago, you are still covered.

so since i jus got it around christmas.. im still covered?? i thought it jus had a 90 day warranty and that u had to buy the full year warranty thing??
its kinda wierd. i was too stupid and didnt get a warranty. i'll send it in to microsoft if i HAVE to. its funny cuz it has worked PERFECTLY until now. i jus wanna know if there is anything i can do myself that doesnt cost that much
recently my xbox has been going crazy. whenever i put in a game, you hear this strange buzzing noise almost as if the system is trying to scan the disc real loud. after the noise, nothing will happen for about 1 minute. then it takes me to the dashboard and it says OPEN TRAY at the bottom part. i've done a lot of things like unplugging the system for a while, clearing the harddrive cache, and even tried to put in a cd head lens clearer disc, but that wasnt even able to be read by the system. any ideas on what i should do?? i really dont want to pay $130 to have it fixed when its microsofts fault
