To start the Knights of the Nine, go to Anvil and talk to someone about a prophet. If you already know where he is, go talk to him and you'll start your Knights of the Nine mission. As for the others, look on a game guide or something.

If you have Resistance, then I want you to post your k/d ratio or any other stats that you wish to post. My k/d ratio is 2.3 going to 2.4 and hopefully I can get it up to 3.0 soon.
