Indie titles get it easy with the scores. That's just pure bs nowdays.

Don't get me wrong, I like indie games but the scores here on GS became pure rubbish.

How will you explain the fact that The Walking Dead game also got the same score, that is 4 but it's way shittier than Dead Island? Either Gamespot knows nothing about games or they are just a very bad reviewing site.

Here's the real problem. People don't like giving same scores to different quality games (which in this case is quite obvious, from graphics and gameplay to the sheer scope of the title). That's what makes people angry.

After now playing the game it's NOT that bad to deserve a 4! Solid 6 or 7 if you like zombies.

I know that sometimes it's hard not to be biased but a reviewer should stay professional and be as little biased as possible.

Sorry Mark, but in my eyes you lost all credibility. If Gamespot was a 'harsh' reviewing site, then that would be ok, we would be used to it, but when high scores fly left and right to games that aren't really deserving them this review isn't acceptable.

Reviews should be treated as guidelines - sadly this one is too misleading.

I'm not buying WiiU until more games show up. Right now there's really nothing worth playing for ME on the U.

This can easily change... or not, only time will tell.

Because, as always remember people, games are what sales the consoles, not graphics (poor Vita).

I agree that Nintendo needs to step up in the big boys league but I think we won't see that untill release of Sony and Ms consoles.

In other cases I wouldn't give a shit about the score, but this time there's so much fail in the review itself that it makes my eyes bleed. There's also one big lie *DULL STORY*. Mr. Maxwell, play any other fighting game and I dare YOU to say the same thing again.
