There is no way this game is releasing in the Spring, I can't fathom it... There's been no coverage, and it's hard to believe Microsoft will spend the first months of 2016 pushing this as opposed to Quantum Break... That being said, I hope it does release in the Spring.. Would mean I can play The Division, Quantum Break, Uncharted 4, ReCore, Far Cry, Amplitude and whatever other games there are (not a fan of Mirrors Edge) before No Man's Sky!
12 million hours in the campaign? With the campaign averaging around 5 hours in length, and assuming everyone played it once, that would mean around 2.4 million people played the campaign... This is the most inaccurate maths, but it's a believable figure?
@ltjohnnyrico: I enjoyed the campaign too, but it could have been much better.. Also, on that Halo 6 note, it sucks that this game acted as sequel-bait over anything else
@skiggy34: Action was awesome, agreed.. Let me just say too that I didn't hate the story, I enjoyed playing through that campaign but there was so much that could have been improved.. It had the potential to be a truly memorable/game changing addition to the Halo franchise but instead was just a stepping stone for future games
@lonewolf1044: I liked what 343 were trying to do (based on those podcasts and trailers)... It was a unique take on the hero and it's what made me excited to play the game, I just think it was poorly executed and underdeveloped
Duncan Jones is a fantastic director with a true passion for this project and game.. I have high hopes for this, it's only a matter of time before video-game movie adaptations succeed the way comic-books have and this (as well as Assassin's Creed) might be it?
Good game, great multiplayer... I think the campaign was largely letdown by the prior marketing that is 100% an inaccurate representation of the story and also the fact that you only play as Chief for 20% of the game.. Stupid doing missions as Locke when you want him to actually fail his mission to catch the Chief
