Slow sure, but for 70GB bandwidth (closest) at that speed, it'd cost me $100 AUS, then $30 phone line rental. Thats $130 a month for practically the same as you, at the same speed. $35 or $50 for that sounds great.

Prices are bad in Europe? Here in Australia, new PS3 games (just come out) will set you back $120 ($115 US basically right now, so about the same as Bulgaria) but a 40GB console (not a special pack with games, just the console + remote etc.) is $699 AUS ($670 US). And you think you have it bad in the US...
