@thehawk3986: My Dualsense got drift on the right stick after about a month. I have a video on YT showing it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ci58QCwOK-0
@MDK4thewin:Fair enough. First, I do not wish to give RJ my money ever again. I don't care what he does. It will not get my money.
Second, I really liked the original trilogy and even the prequel trilogy. Before the sequels there was the expanded universe, but I never got into that. I had my own thoughts, hopes and wishes for what Luke would go on to do, after fulfilling the Skywalker prophecy. Then the sequels were announced and I got super excited to find out what happened to my favorite hero. The Force Awakens ended it on a cliff hanger and expectations were super high. But RJ decided to "subvert expectations" by ruining Luke, turning him into a sad and hopeless ghost of a former Jedi.
Luke is supposed to be the incorruptible. A beaming light of hope. He never gave up on his father. Why give up on Kylo before anything even happened?
There is a LOT wrong with that movie, but the way Luke was portrayed completely ruined Star Wars for me.
Knowing what happens, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth even watching the originals.
@davillain-: Considering the usually much larger cost of a PC, it would take quite a while for it to makes sense in that context.
I agree that PC is the superior platform. It's much more flexible, has many more options, better interfacing options (keyboard&mouse or pretty much any controller). Many more games with almost limitless backwards compatibility. And yes, no extra charge for playing online.
Microsoft could easily afford to not adjust the price, and especially at this time when people are debating which console to get. So it has to be more than just pricing and value of Xbox Live Gold.
I think this is just a push to get people to buy Game Pass Ultimate, which is an incredible deal.
However, I think it's wrong to twist the arms of people who don't want it though. Some people buy an Xbox to play like 2-3 games only, such as Fifa and Call of Duty and Game Pass Ultimate is not a good deal for them, so they are really getting screwed. And these are multi-platform games, so they can easily switch to Playstation and especially right now in between console generations, as a lot of people didn't get their next-gen console yet.
