[QUOTE="BLasH1010"]Well, I just finished worked after staying up late before playing the great demo. The demo was great in that It allowed you to get a feel for the game, which is what is demo is supposed to do. I not going to even try to make a review on a game that takes up over half a blue-ray disc when the demo is only 1.2 GB. One thing that BLEW ME AWAY was the fact that the demo knows your name. It seem that it is able to read it from your PSN account. At one point in the game I was shot and died then I heard a soft voice say," don't die (insert name)". Later a soldier who was bleeding out on the ground kept call my name out to me. That freak me out the first time it happened. To let you know I work at a well know game store and all of my friends that came in kept confirming that fact that the demo does indeed say your name in the game. Please play the demo again with the speakers turned up and wright back and let us know if you notice the same thing. One thing is solid I'm buying KL2 the second it comes out.Scianix-Black

Haha Is your name Sev?

lmfao if his name is Sev.

Ok Ok I have to admit that was funny. :P Lesson learned, " Think before you type." I decide to edit my orginal post to better articulate what I'm trying to say. What I mean by this is that the game says your real name or the name typed in the details of your PSN account. I hope that makes more sense. That is why I wanted some feedback from the members here to see if that was the case. If it is showed to be something that was worked into the game then the guys at Guerrilla Games need to be thanked for putting in such a great level of detail into Kill-Zone 2 which is above and beyond the normal range we've seen before. Innovation like this should be the standard in next gen gaming.

I preordered Killzone 2 but they didn't give me no codes (Gamespot) And can anyone tell me if that was a good choice?JIT93

Hey if you know anyone with a code then just get the code from them, the slip on which the code is printed says that up to five systems can download the game in the small print on the bottom. I'm trying that with a friend now to see if it works. Now then if it doesn't work then have a friend sign in on there PSN account (if they have downloaded the demo), on your PS3 and go the download history in the PlayStation Store to download the demo. Hope that helps you out.

Well, I just finished work after staying up late last night playing this great demo. The demo was great in that It allowed you to get a feel for the game, which is what is demo is supposed to do. I not going to even try to make a review on a game that takes up a blue-ray disc when the demo is only 1.2 GB, I just don't feel that one can make a good judgment call on a game with just that little bit of information alone. I will try to keep an open mind on this title since we are starting to see games that are now taking full advantage of the PlayStation 3 hardware which has been long overdue. One thing that BLEW ME AWAY was the fact that the demo knows your name. When I say this I do not mean your PSN ID, I mean your name from the details from your PSN account. It seems that the demo is able to read it from your PSN account and use it in the game. At one point in the game I was shot and died then I heard a soft voice kept calling my name and telling me not to die. Later a soldier who was bleeding out on the ground kept calling my name out to me asking for help. That freak me out the first time it happened. To let you know I work at a well known game store and all of my friends that came in today kept confirming the fact that the demo does indeed say your name in the game. Please play the demo again with the speakers turned up and wright back to let us know if you notice the same thing. I'm not sure of the details of how it works but I can say it will be fun to see how people will manipulate this feature in the future. One thing is solid from playing the demo, I really like the potential from this game and will be buying Kill-Zone 2 the second it comes out.
